This festive season (for those celebrating christmas), don’t forget yourself! It’s important that you give to yourself as well as your loved ones. And I don’t mean that you have to go and buy an expensive present! NO! Give something nourishing to yourself.

This gift to yourself could be something as simple and beautiful (and cost free!) as the commitment of 15 minutes meditation a day in the morning. Or a daily 10 minute walk at lunch time. It’s up to you. Just make your gift of commitment TO YOU one that empowers YOU and enhances YOUR life; and that you can feel good about doing each day!
