Before working with Mills, I was really struggling with being authentic in my business and marketing myself in a way that “feels me”. I’m great at “being myself” and “doing my own thing” in my personal life, but so far it hasn’t translated over into my business.  

I’ve now got a renewed faith that my creativity deserves my attention and deserves to be made a priority. I wanted to make videos, but I couldn’t get over how weird I sounded

You will need to invest some time every day in this program to get the most out of it. On average, this would be around 15 minutes each day. The more time you can invest in yourself, the more likely you are to experience greater transformations. There are also of course the 2 x monthly calls,  the accountability call and the videos /worksheets to complete in OWN YOUR LIGHT academy (the latter is optional but advised).

When you apply to join the program, we have a 20 minute VISIBILITY STRATEGY CALL to check that we are the right fit for each other and that the program suits your needs. It doesn’t serve you or me if you sign up for the program and it is not a right for you.

Let’s have a 20 minute visibility strategy call and see if I can help you. I usually only work with women but sometimes make exceptions for my 1-1 program if it feels a good fit.

The 1-1 calls will usually take place on Mondays between 10-3pm (UK time). There are occasional other slots in the week.

Yes I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach having trained with the highly esteemed Coaches Training Institute. I also have a PhD, an MA and a BA (Hons) in Linguistics/Human Communication. Alongside having my business since 2011, I am also a Senior Lecturer at a UK University and have been teaching and supporting students and staff at Universities across the UK for nearly 30 years. Should you wish to see any of my certificates, I can provide them on request.
